Our padded foam mats require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your package you can select the Authority To Leave option. If this option is selected, the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. The Muse Edition will not be held liable for any stock loss if Authority To Leave is selected and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.

Returns
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit note to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.
Full price items included in a temporary promotion are eligible to be returned for a store credit.
Items marked as FINAL SALE are priced to clear, and are not eligible to be returned.
