What dates will the Black Friday Sale be live?
The sale starts Thursday 21sth 8am and runs until Monday 2nd December at midnight.

What products are included in the sale?
All in-stock products are included in the Black Friday sale. The play pen is excluded as it is currently not in stock and only available for pre-order.

How do I get my discount?
No discount code is needed! The discounted pricing is already applied and displayed on our website. Just add your items to the cart and check out!

How do I get my free gift with purchase for orders over $200?
The free gift will be automatically added at checkout for eligible orders, while stocks last. Unfortunately, once the gift with purchase runs out, we are unable to add it to your order.

If I make a mistake, can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, you are welcome to return items if needed. 

Am I able to return my order?
Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are eligible to be returned for store credit when returned within 30 days.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Due to Black Friday demand, dispatch may take 4-5 business days to ensure all orders are processed smoothly. Thank you for your patience!

Are you able to hold my order?
Due to the high order volume during the Black Friday sale, we’re unable to hold orders at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
