Refund policy
We are confident you will LOVE your new purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- The merchandise was purchased through www.themuseedition.com
- Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within thirty (30) days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or store credit (see below for conditions to return).
- Proof of purchase must be provided along with the returned merchandise.
- The product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all tags attached in the original packaging.
Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs for change of mind returns are at the expense of the customer.
Please note that, as per our returns policy, items originally shipped with free shipping will incur a $15 shipping fee deduction from the refund amount if returned. This adjustment covers the initial shipping cost associated with your order.

FULL PRICE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a full refund or credit note to the original payment method within thirty (30) days days of receipt of goods. If the original payment method was a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued.
Please note that orders purchased with Afterpay and returned are only entitled to store credit. No refunds can be processed for Afterpay orders, as the merchant fees charged by Afterpay are non-refundable to us.
TEMPORARY PROMOTION
Full price items included in a temporary promotion are eligible to be returned for a store credit.
FINAL SALE
Items marked as FINAL SALE are priced to clear, and are not eligible to be returned. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
FAULTY
In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or damaged we will happily honour a replacement or full refund providing the item is return within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. If a product displays a manufacturing fault within three (3) months of receipt of goods we will offer a replacement. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered faulty.
