Yes, The Muse Edition offers a welcome code on first purchases when you sign up to our newsletter. To redeem, enter your code at checkout. (One code per order; cannot be used with site-wide promotions unless stated.)

small-batch, design-led and in line with our brand standards.
Yes, we offer a full refund within 30 business days on full-priced items in original condition. To read our full Returns Policy, click here.

Email us at customercare@themuseedition.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault. Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Email us with your order number and what you received. We’ll correct it for you and make sure you receive the right item as quickly as possible.
Our warehouse starts processing orders as soon as they’re placed, so we can’t guarantee changes (item, colour, address, shipping method) once your order is submitted. Please check your cart and delivery details carefully before checking out. If you need an urgent change, contact us immediately. We’ll help if the order hasn’t been packed yet, but changes can’t be guaranteed.
At checkout, you’ll see a field to enter your code. Apply it before completing payment. Please note: only one discount or promo code can be used per order and some codes are not valid during sale periods.
If your items are in stock, orders placed before 12 pm AEST dispatch the same business day; orders placed after 12 pm dispatch the next business day. During busy periods (new launches, Black Friday, sales), dispatch may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order has shipped.
Yes for most items, but oversized products (e.g. play pens, foam play mats) can’t be sent to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box for one of these items, your order will be placed on hold while we contact you for an updated address.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can follow delivery directly with the carrier.
Afterpay lets you buy now and pay later in 4 interest-free instalments over 6 weeks. Available on Australian orders at checkout.

Yes. On the product page, add your email to the “notify me” field and we’ll email you when it’s back.
Generally no, during site-wide promotions (like Black Friday) pricing is already reduced and additional codes can’t be stacked, unless we’ve specifically said otherwise.
Yes, we ship internationally via Australia Post International Express. Final shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
Please note: oversized items such as foam play mats and play pens are classified as furniture and aren’t currently available for international shipping due to the extremely high freight cost.
