No. Our Birthday pricing is already applied across the site, so there’s no code to add. You’ll see 15% off on the product page and again in your cart.
A Free Gift unlock automatically when you spend over $250 (after discounts, before shipping) and are added by our system, you don’t need to select anything. One gift per order.
Please note: if you return an order, any free gift must also be returned. If it isn’t, the gift’s RRP will be deducted from your store credit.
During our Birthday Sale, additional discount codes aren’t valid.
Due to sale volume, we can’t amend orders once they’re placed (this includes changing items, address, shipping method, or combining orders).
Once tracking is live, you may be able to request a redirection with the carrier, but this isn’t guaranteed.
Unfortunately not, stock moves quickly during our sale periods. The best way to secure your favourites is to check out as soon as you’re ready.
All items purchased during the Birthday Sale are eligible to be returned for a store credit only, within our standard return window and provided they’re in original condition.

During promotional periods our team and the carriers are busier than usual, so handling may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and selected couriers. Express shipping is available at checkout. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express.
If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship together once all items are available. If you want in-stock pieces sooner, please place a separate order. Once an order is placed, we can’t split it.
