Here's how to care for your Muse Edition premium-quality memory foam play mat and ensure it remains a cherished part of your space.
1. Unboxing and Relaxation: After unboxing your Muse Edition play mat, give it time to relax and settle into its designed form. Speed up the process by rolling the mat in the opposite direction, securing it with the two handy velcro straps, and placing it back in the box for a night or two.
2. Velcro Straps - Your Convenient Companions: Hold on to the two velcro straps provided—they're not just accessories; they're your handy tools for easy movement, storage, and transportation of the play mat.
3. Gentle Cleaning: Keep your play mat looking pristine by wiping it clean with a soapy cloth or mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents, oils, alcohol, bleach, or grainy cleaners, as they may damage or discolour the top coating.
4. Stain Prevention: Act promptly! Wipe away all spills, including poop, vomit, and urine, immediately to prevent stains and fading due to acidity.
5. Discolouration and Minor Changes: Over time, minor discolouration may occur due to exposure to sunlight, improper cleaning, or high temperatures.
6. Surface Compatibility: Our play mats are designed for use on smooth surfaces. Be cautious with sharp objects that may puncture or graze the outer layer.

Our padded foam mats require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your package you can select the Authority To Leave option. If this option is selected, the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. The Muse Edition will not be held liable for any stock loss if Authority To Leave is selected and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit note to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.
