Social Media & Content Coordinator | The Muse Edition

An exciting part time position has become available in our Sydney office for a social media and content coordinator. Working alongside the creative director you will elevate the brand's presence through social media, content creation, and marketing strategies. Must be based in Sydney.

You will advocate for The Muse Edition’s contemporary aesthetic, playing a pivotal role in applying it to multiple digital platforms. The perfect candidate will possess a deep passion for creating and/ or editing content and fostering the growth of our dedicated community. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, execute, and optimise the social media and community engagement strategy across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Generate content aligned with the brand’s style, tone, and strategy.
  • Produce content on iPhone as well as with our outsourced photographers and videographers.
  • Management of organic social media content calendar.
  • Oversee social calendar management, content scheduling and publication.
  • Keep updated on merging social media trends and competitor landscape.
  • Spearhead social campaign management for product launches including creative thinking around collaborations and promotions, give-away etc.
  • Perform detailed monthly reports on community growth and engagement, alongside recommendations for improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Live and breathe social media – specifically TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • You LOVE creating content and have fun, exciting and engaging ideas.
  • Passionate about the parenting/baby/motherhood category.
  • Demonstrated creative ability to conceive and deliver compelling content.
  • Experience in influencer campaign strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Want to join a small but hard-working team that has a big vision.
