Shipping Rates

Australia:
Regular - $10 Flat Rate. Delivery within 3-7 business days

Express - $15 Flat Rate. Delivery within 2-5 business days

** Free shipping for all orders over $250 (exclude bulky items - padded foam play mats)

Authority to Leave

Our padded foam mats require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your package you can select the Authority To Leave option. If this option is selected, the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. The Muse Edition will not be held liable for any stock loss if Authority To Leave is selected and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.

New Zealand:
Regular - $12 Flat Rate. Delivery within 5-10 business days

Express - $20 Flat Rate. Delivery within 3-7 business days

Asia & Pacific:
Express - $30 Flat Rate. Delivery within 5-10 business days

USA & Canada:
Express - $30 Flat Rate. Delivery within 5-10 business days

UK & Ireland:
Express - $30 Flat Rate. Delivery within 5-10 business days

Major Europe:
Express - $30 Flat Rate. Delivery within 5-10 business days

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Lost or stolen packages

The Muse Edition will take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.

International custom taxes

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
